The 2025 Sporting Jax Recreational Tournament

Event Information: Tournament designed for Recreational Teams between 8 and 18 years old
Dates: November 8th - 9th, 2025 (additional games may take place on Friday, November 7th if needed)
TEAM REGISTRATION DEADLINE: OCTOBER 31st, 11:59pm
Location: Veterans Park, 1332 Veterans Parkway, St Johns Florida 32259
Age Groups: 2008 - 2017 Girls and Boys teams (Limited space available in each Division)

Recreational Tournament and only
Recreational Players will be accepted to play. Any Team/Coach found in violation of this, we be subject to forfeit of all of their games and no refund will be given.

Champion and Finalist medals for all 1st and 2nd place teams. (No, there isn't a medal for 3rd place or lower)

MEDICAL RELEASE FORM
All players are required to complete the Medical waiver and bring completed to their Coach prior to their first game. The Coach will hold onto the Medical Waivers in case they are needed.
Refund policy: There are no refunds once the teams are placed into Divisions. This occurs two weeks prior to the Tournament event.
Zero tolerance Referee abuse policy: This Tournament has a zero tolerance referee abuse policy. There are no exceptions. Coaches, players and spectators will be removed from the field if there is any inappropriate behavior or language directed towards referees. Any non-compliance will result in a forfeit. Please, enjoy watching the kids play the game. Do not talk to the referees...in some cases, please don't even make eye contact.
Please note, we will have an Athletic Trainer on site to assist with injuries. They are not there to provide player pre-game wrapping. They may or may not have tweezers on hand so please bring your own if needed.
